"Can’t recommend staying away from this group enough. Not only did they increase my insurance premium over 40% over a two year period, they are not processing my refund after I cancelled my policy with them to go with another company. Collin told me it would take a week for my refund to be mailed and it’s been over two weeks. Either their internal processes are broken or they use incompetence as a weapon against their customers. I’m not certain which it is but either is unacceptable. Even if you get a good rate, I would look elsewhere because they will just increase your rate soon enough and make it impossible to get your refund.

Edit: at this time I still have not been contacted to complete the refund so it’s misleading to say you ensured it was corrected at this point in time. Spend more time holding the people that manage these processes accountable and less time replying to google reviews within 2 hours of them being posted."
